Alhaji Mogaji Ibraheem Olaniyan PCRC National Chairman Bags Kayarda Title. The Rt. Hon. Dangyatti who is also the Kayarda Kayarda conferred the prestigious traditional title of Kayarda of Dutse Emirate on Alhaji Mogaji Ibraheem Olaniyan, the National Chairman of the Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC), in recognition of his outstanding service to community policing and national development.
The distinguished title was bestowed by the award-winning Speaker of the Jigawa State House of Assembly, Haruna Dangyatti, who also serves as the Chairman of Progressive Speakers. Rt. Hon. Dangyatti, QS—widely acclaimed as one of the best Speakers in Nigeria and Africa—described the honour as a reflection of Alhaji Olaniyan’s unwavering commitment to grassroots security, leadership excellence, and collaborative policing.
